T I L A's Menu of Services starts with the five basic listing components described below.
- NWMLS listing agreement and all necessary addenda
reviewed and submitted to NWMLS for online publication
- Signage
- Flyers
- Keybox
- Representation in contract negotiations
Building upon these core components, T I L A clients are able to pick and choose from the Menu of Services to create a sales package custom tailored to fit specific needs, budgets and styles. From professional photography to lit yard signs, the T I L A Menu of Services puts the industry's latest technology and marketing tools at your fingertips.
The base listing fee for this type of listing is 1.5%. Additional features and components can be selected from the Menu and purchased separately. Want to start off with just the base listing and add to it as you go? No problem. Want to try replacing some features with others? No problem. If you want to convert to a full service Concierge listing, we'll credit you back for Menu items you have purchased. Keep it flexible. Keep it easy. Keep it affordable.
