Seattle Real Estate customers have benefited from Lisa´s expertise since 1987 when she joined local real estate developer Kauri Investments, as a project manager. Building primarily in the ship canal neighborhoods of Queen Anne, Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard and Magnolia, Lisa honed her skills, listened to what buyers and sellers were saying and then took those skills and knowledge to Windermere Real Estate where she ran a successful real estate practice prior to opening TILA Real Estate.
In 1994 Lisa was featured in a book by nationally acclaimed speaker and writer, Carla Cross for her success in real estate. In November of 1995 Lisa's successful real estate career was highlighted in Cosmopolitan Magazine. 2004 brought Lisa's Real Estate business special recognition by Seattle Magazine as a winner in their "Best in Customer Satisfaction" survey of over 32,000 Puget Sound area Real Estate consumers. The same customer satisfaction is reflected still, in yet another nomination to Seattle Magazine's "Best in Customer Satisfaction award for 2007.
A Real Estate Instructor, licensed in the State of Washington, and a recognized industry leader, Lisa's performance has consistently put her in the top 1% of real estate practitioners nationwide. Lisa has been honored with the Platinum Ranking - the highest achievement possible - with "Quality Service Certification"®, an independent service delivery program aimed at raising the level of service provided by Realtors through education and evaluation.
As an avid skier & world traveler, if there's a challenge, you can count Lisa in! From the top of Mt. Rainier to the top of the Alps, the tranquility of fresh fallen snow and the untracked powder of a crisp winter morning are Lisa's passion. She frequently leads ski trips to the French and Swiss Alps, sharing her passion for the outdoors and for adventure travel with others.
Lisa´s other passion is her family! Her daughter, Sarah, age 24, is a pilot for United Express and a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ. Her son, Nick graduated Spring, 2006 from Mercer Island High School, & is currently attending BBCC.. Nick is a snowboarder extraordinaire, and Lisa's best ski buddy! Then, of course, as all clients and friends come to know there´s Lucy. From her short little legs to her uncontrollable tail, Lucy is the best canine in Seattle Real Estate!
