The concept is simple. Start with the fundamentals then custom tailor the listing
to fit your specific needs, style and budget with selections from the Menu. If you
decide later to convert to a full service listing, we’ll credit you back, at closing, for
Menu items you’ve purchased. Keep it flexible. Keep it simple. Keep it affordable.
*In addition to the 1.5% listing fee. a 3% commission to the cooperating agent who sells your home is
paid when your home sale closes.

Full Service Listing:

A full service listing is much more traditional in terms of services and fees.
Your listing agreement will include a market analysis of your home’s value, a
comprehensive marketing plan and all of the accompaniments from the Menu
of Services (above) that will help sell your home.

For Buyers
Full Service Listing:
When we enter into an agreement to represent you as a buyer, we promise that
you will NEVER pay a buyer’s commission to TILA Real Estate. In fact, if you find
the home on your own, TILA will share the commission we receive from the seller
with you!
