At T I L A Real Estate we believe there's more to representing a buyer than spending 30 minutes writing an offer and putting it on the fax machine.
The first meeting with your T I L A Concierge Realtor may look a bit more like dreamcasting. Your T I L A Realtor will guide you the the process of describing your dream home and prioritizing the most important elements of that perfect home. Maybe this one won't be the dream home, but your T I L A Realtor will work to find a home with as many of those elements as possible. We'll also make sure this purchase is a smart investment bringing you one step closer to that perfect dream home.
As an Accredited Buyers Representative, (ABRÒ) your T I L A Realtor will explain the Washington State Law of Agency and the Realtor Code of Ethics. Your Realtor will also sign a Buyers Agency Agreement with you. This agreement is our commitment to you. Together with the Law of Agency, it identifies and formalizes our commitment to represent you in your home search and lets you know the level of commitment your
T I L A Realtor will expect from you.
Recognizing the value of your time, your T I L A Realtor will make every attempt to preview homes fitting your criteria and eliminate unsuitable properties from your property tour. We will always obtain and review any available documents, reports and disclosures prior to showing you properties and will be prepared to discuss these as we tour homes together.
Once you have identified a property that you would like to make an offer on, your T I L A Concierge Realtor will prepare a market analysis of the home, supporting your offered price. Your offer will be presented in person whenever allowed. As your representative we are committed to negotiating the best price and terms for you. Doing this in person is much more effective than sending a fax.
Your T I L A Realtor has a vast network of professionals and service providers to assist with any special needs that may come up; from sewer scopes to geotech engineers, from flooring specialists to roofers, stagers and designers to lawn care providers. Your T I L A Concierge Realtor has a wealth of information and is there to handle the details.
After your transaction has closed and you've moved, your T I L A Realtor will continue to keep you informed of market conditions and will prepare an annual market survey of your neighborhood, so you can monitor the value of your investment. Staying informed is our job. Keeping you informed is our pleasure.

Your T I L A Realtor will meet with you to explain the Law of Agency, the Realtor Code of Ethics and the Buyers Agency Agreement. When you sign the Buyers Agency Agreement you have our written commitment to represent you and to negotiate a purchase that will net you the best deal possible.
